Financial Modeller | Real Estate | London (Hybrid) | up to £85,000 + Bonus & BenefitsA leading real estate business is seeking an experienced Financial Modeller to join its FP&A team. This role will own the development and optimisation of the tech used in the FP&A team, enabling high-quality planning, forecasting and reporting, and supporting continuous improvement across finance.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, develop and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and reportingPartner with finance and wider business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutionsEnsure strong data accuracy, version control and model governanceDrive process improvement, including the adoption of AI tools to boost efficiency and insightProvide training and guidance to build tech capability within the teamAbout YouSignificant financial / accounting knowledge, a financial qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is preferred, or a degree within finance or accountingExtensive experience building financial models; Anaplan experience is advantageousComfortable working with complex data structures and integrationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with clear, confident communicationExperience in real estate or private equity is beneficial
