The Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) in our team, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a critical role in building LegalVision's outbound sales engine.
You’ll focus on sourcing, engaging, and qualifying new leads, primarily targeting high-growth medium and mid-market businesses across England and Wales. This is a hands-on, outbound sales role, ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, curious about businesses, and hungry to build a pipeline that converts.
The BDR role is a launchpad for sales talent looking to build a long-term career in commercial sales and fast-track into an Account Executive role.
This position is fully office-based in Ancoats. We’re unable to accommodate hybrid working requests at this time.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Prospect into our Ideal Client Profile using LinkedIn, CRM filters, and lead lists
* Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound emails to start conversations
* Run qualification calls to uncover key pain points, timelines, and buying signals
* Book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives (known internally as Legal Solutions Consultants)
* Manage and maintain accurate activity records in Habitat
* Contribute to refining messaging, sequences, and lead sourcing strategies
* Hit daily and weekly activity targets across calls, emails, and meetings booked
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous B2B sales experience: 1+ year of experience in an SDR or BDR role within a professional environment
* Passionate about sales: You have a hunger to win and a desire to exceed your targets and reap the rewards. Winning for yourself and for your clients is in your DNA.
* Personable, resilient and a culture champion: A friendly, warm and professional demeanour will get you far. You celebrate the ups and bounce back quickly from your missteps
* A fast learner and a strong communicator: You are able to pick up new technology, systems, processes and concepts quickly. You are a clear communicator who instils confidence and credibility

* Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure - realistic OTE of £45-50k, but our uncapped commission scheme means high performers can achieve £60k plus!
