Business Development Representative
Telent is looking for a new addition to the Sales & Marketing team as part of the Network Services division. We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Business Development Representative to join our team and help build and develop relationships within the Emergency Services, Public Sector, Government, Utilities, and Nuclear space. This role involves working through a Telent training plan and collaborating with the team at our Warwick and Camberley offices at least one day per week, alternating weekly.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative (BDR):
* Gain comprehensive knowledge of Telent, our offerings, and the markets we operate in to educate prospects.
* Work closely with the Sales team to support the sales pipeline by researching target accounts and key stakeholders.
* Create and coordinate campaigns for prospect accounts based on territory research.
* Perform outreach via phone calls, emails, social media, and creative efforts to generate interest and sell services.
* Follow up with inbound leads from marketing to convert them into meetings and opportunities.
* Analyze and report on weekly activities and pipeline efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Resilient, driven, self-motivated, and practical. Relevant sales experience, especially outbound sales, and the ability to generate new leads. Familiarity with business tools for data targeting. Experience from other industries is welcomed. A university degree or equivalent is preferred, with some office experience.
