* Disposals & acquisitions
* Manage lease renewals, rent reviews & L&T matters
* Support strategic asset management initiatives
* Undertake valuations and general estates work
* Liaise with legal teams, agents & stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate:
* MRICS qualified
* Previous local authority estates experience or transferable private sector experience
* Strong commercial property knowledge
* Comfortable managing xsngvjr a varied workload and stakeholder relationships
