QA Software Engineer (Mid-Level / Senior) – Hybrid
We’re seeking a talented Mid-Level or Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team working on cutting‑edge software solutions that are making a real impact in this growing sector.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality, thrives in an Agile environment, and enjoys taking ownership of the testing process while working closely with developers and product managers.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the testing process across manual and automated QA.
* Creating test plans, strategies, and detailed test cases.
* Running manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
* Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
* Supporting performance, load, and stress testing.
* Tracking and reporting bugs, collaborating closely with developers for resolution.
* Supporting UAT and gathering user feedback.
* Driving continuous improvement across QA practices and contributing to CI/CD processes.
* Mentoring and guiding junior QA team members (for senior applicants).
What We’re Looking For
Essential (Mid‑Level)
* 3–4 years of QA/software testing experience.
* Strong background in both manual and automated testing.
* Hands‑on experience with tools like Cypress, Selenium, Postman, or similar.
* Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum or Kanban).
* Experience with Jira, TestRail, or other test management tools.
* Ability to write and execute detailed test cases.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Essential (Senior)
* 4+ years of QA experience, ideally with leadership/mentoring exposure.
* Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
* API testing (REST/SOAP) and database testing with SQL.
* Cloud testing experience (AWS/Azure).Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills.
* Knowledge of security and performance testing.
