IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support
Based in Leeds, this role requires the ability to become SC Cleared. As an IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support, you will need the following skills:
1. Microsoft Windows Server
2. Microsoft Office 365
3. Ideally VMware, Citrix & Azure, or at least two of these, with a desire to learn more
4. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
5. Preferably some Group Policy experience
Successful candidates will need to be able to obtain SC Clearance and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably at an enterprise level or within an MSP, is desirable.
Any IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support with experience adding value to a team and escalating issues to 3rd Line Cloud Technical Support Engineers is encouraged to apply. Strong documentation skills, adherence to processes and procedures, and experience with incident management and escalations from the Service Desk are essential.
