Director of Operations // Mechanical Engineer // Thermal Plant Specialist

Why work with RJM?

RJM International is a world-leading engineering technology business that enables energy producers to transition to efficient, reliable and cost-effective low carbon generation. We are expanding our team to meet market demand. Our twin-track approach supports existing assets to reduce emissions and carbon footprint, and we back the biomass and Energy from Waste sectors to improve reliability and performance.

We work with customers to reduce carbon footprints by improving efficiency, fuel switching (e.g., from coal to gas) or biomass co-firing / conversion. Our projects require bespoke solutions that demand technical and commercial creativity to meet client needs. RJM has won awards for innovation, including “The Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation.”

RJM operates globally across sectors from utility generators to industrial energy users, handling all types of plants and boilers from 1,000 MWe power units to 100 MW gas-fired boilers. We work with various fuels and firing systems and are active in biomass and Energy from Waste markets, addressing issues in bubbling bed combustors, gasifiers, and grate combustion units. Headquarters are in Winchester, with support offices in Singapore, Malaysia and the USA; opportunities to work in these regions may arise.
