Hours: 50hrs/week Monday-Friday, increasing to 66 hours/week from 30th September

Basic: £ + Hol Pay
O/T 1: £42.85/hr
O/T 2: £55.10/hr

The Role:
Integrate Engineering Resources are recruiting for a QA Manager for a permanent position on behalf of our client, to support a major refinery shutdown in Southampton. The role will involve:
* Managing all aspects of quality, including supervising quality personnel
* Overseeing the preparation and implementation of the project quality plan, ITPs processes and procedures
* Ensuring welding is compliant with the requirements of ISO 3834-2
* Acting as primary liaison to client on all quality related issues
* Being responsible for ensuring sufficient training is conducted for project personnel on the company Quality management system and project specific procedures.
* Leading the company nuclear safety culture within the project, promote the company core values and engage in the efficient development of project documentation and ensure timely completions.
Requirements:
HNC/HND, CSWIP 3.2 or Equivalent Personnel Certification in Non-Destructive Testing
IOSH Leading Safety preferred or alternative
Lead Auditor Accredited
5 years previous relative experience within the Oil, Gas, Power or Nuclear Industry
Excellent communication, teamwork, problem solving and organisation skills
Must be eligible to work in the U.K and subject to approval of the DBS Security Clearance (Disclosure & Barring Service Check).
