JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Sales Executive // Healthcare Consultant

Responsible to: Sales Director

Start date: Flexible

Basis: Full-time

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission (£15K - £25K within first year)

Job Purpose:

To help drive our next phase of growth. You'll work with new and prospective clients in helping them procure the most suitable cover, while delivering a consistently exceptional level of service.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Services

* Proactively generate new business through cold calling, outbound emails, networking, and following up on warm leads.
* Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
* Manage the full client journey from initial consultation, through to onboarding and aftercare.
* Prepare detailed, tailored quotes and policy documents that reflect both the client's needs and our professional standards.
* Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
* Handle client queries and resolve any issues swiftly and professionally.
* Support new business development using your own network, where applicable.

Skills required:

* A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and appetite for proactive outreach.
* Confident and articulate communicator especially over the phone, and in writing.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service with integrity.
* Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections professionally.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills and good time management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Experience required:

* Experience in outbound cold calling sales roles (insurance sales preferred)
* Experience within a target driven role
* Proven sales or advisory background in a regulated environment.
