Job Description: Your new company
An exciting opportunity to join an AJ100 Architectural Practice as either a Design Architect or a Delivery Architect (2x positions available). This role suits someone who would be willing to work with major clients within the industrial sector on a varied selection of projects across the country.
Your new role
Project running.
Working individually and with colleagues to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Working with clients and other consultants to manage workload, outputs and project milestones.
The production of construction stage drawings, mainly in Revit, but very occasionally in AutoCAD.
Production of technical packs, including general arrangement drawings and technical details.
Working in small project-based teams within the office and digitally across offices.
Visiting site and external organisations' offices for Design Team Meetings, site reviews, snagging and client and/or contractor meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
To have led projects in the past.
To be registered on the ARB/RIBA board.
4+ years of experience working in the UK.
