About the role

We are seeking a passionate sales professional responsible for managing existing MICE, local corporate, and group accounts at The Castle Hotel in Windsor, while driving new business leads. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, experienced with an established MICE contacts list, and skilled at building long-term relationships and securing quality business for The Castle Hotel.

Your main focus will be supporting the hotel’s revenue growth and exploring local community opportunities. You will manage a portfolio of accounts across the collection, acting as an ambassador for all Sutton Hotel Collection properties, seeking new business and nurturing existing relationships. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager, reactive sales team, operations, and the wider commercial team to meet room night targets across MICE, corporate, and leisure segments.
