They are now looking to add a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1+ PQE) into a supportive and close-knit team, where you will manage your own caseload while playing an active role in the wider growth of the department. What you’ll be doing: * Running your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion * Advising on sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties * Handling landlord and tenant matters, including negotiated leases * Acting for lenders and borrowers * Building strong and trusted client relationships * Keeping files compliant, accurate and up to date on the case management system * Managing billing, time recording and financial controls responsibly * Getting involved in marketing and networking activity where appropriate What they’re looking for: * A qu...
