IT Managed Services Support Engineer (Level 2/3)
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing Managed Service Provider for an experienced Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to join their technical team.
This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer with proven experience working within an MSP environment, supporting multiple customers across cloud, infrastructure, and networking technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support remotely and on-siteManage and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalationsSupport and administer Microsoft Azure environmentsTroubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, switching, and routingSupport Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCPDeliver infrastructure and cloud projects, including migrations and upgradesWork within SLA and KPI targets while maintaining high levels of customer serviceEssential Skills & Experience
Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environmentStrong Microsoft Azure administration and support experienceStrong networking knowledge covering LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall technologiesExperience supporting hybrid on-premises and cloud environmentsWindows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 administrationExperience with virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-VExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skillsDesirable
Experience with SonicWall or similar firewall platformsKnowledge of Azure Active Directory / Entra IDExposure to backup and disaster recovery solutionsAzure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-305This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused infrastructure engineer looking to further develop their cloud and networking expertise within a fast-paced MSP environment.
