Interim Clinical Manager 3-Month Contract | Competitive Day Rate We are seeking a confident and compassionate Interim Clinical Deputy Manager to support a well-established care home in the South West for a three-month assignment. About the Role In this interim position, you'll provide strong clinical oversight and day-to-day leadership, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance during a period of transition. You'll work closely with the Home Manager and wider multidisciplinary team to maintain excellent standards and support staff across all clinical functions.
