Our Corporate Simplification Practice
Our clients include multinational listed companies, private domestic organizations, accountants, solicitors, and private equity firms. We address governance, risk, and transparency challenges, often working across service lines to deliver streamlining programs, wind-down planning, managed exits, tax-efficient capital returns, s110 demergers, and other solvent restructuring solutions.
Role and Development Opportunities
This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced and growing team. You will proactively manage a portfolio of cases from inception to completion, contribute to larger projects with guidance from senior colleagues, and mentor junior team members.
You will also develop your technical and accounting knowledge through on-the-job experience and training, participate in business development, and get involved in sector and firm-wide initiatives.
