Governance and Assurance Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Governance and Assurance Pharmacist to provide senior clinical leadership for medicines governance, safety and assurance across the Specialist and Secured Care Delivery Pathway. This role ensures safe, effective and legally compliant medicines use across complex healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
* Provide senior leadership for medicines governance, risk and assurance.
* Lead Controlled Drugs governance and compliance with medicines legislation.
* Oversee incident management, audits, inspections and regulatory assurance.
* Develop and implement SOPs, policies and governance frameworks.
* Analyse prescribing trends, incidents and assurance data to drive improvement.
* Provide professional leadership to pharmacists and pharmacy operational teams.
* Lead Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance medicines safety and outcomes.
