We are currently seeking a dynamic, organized and customer-focused individual to join our front of house team as a Receptionist. Responsibilities: · Providing excellent customer service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations of guests Greeting guests and ensuring a smooth and seamless check in/out procedure, including processing of bills Manage and amend room reservations Restaurant bookings Reception admin duties Respond and deal with guest requests and enquiries via email, phone and face to face Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations Handling cash and card transactions and balancing of reception tills Requirements: Excellent customer service and communication skills via email, phone and face-to-face Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, with at least 2 years preferred, although full training will be provided Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service in every interaction Benefits 100% shared tips Full training Opportunities to grow and progress within our four hotels Staff discount, including room rates, food and drink, spa treatments and free use of our leisure clubs (gym & swimming pool) Company Pension Contributions The chance to participate in charity fundraisers and environmental initiatives Staff rewards and parties *We do not offer live in accommodation*
