Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly, face to face Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through various face to face channels.
Inheritance Legal Services are a multi award winning Will writing and Estate Planning specialist, with shop fronted offices across East Anglia. As a company, we use a variety of marketing locations with the tools required to make the most of each opportunity. These include indoor stands in locations such as supermarkets as well as use of our fully branded, open up exhibition trailer to use in town centres, shows, markets etc. The role would be to approach people to offer information about our services and take their details as a lead. you would then use one of our offices to follow the lead and book an appointment on behalf of our Estate Planning consultants.
This role requires excellent communication skills, high self motivation and experience within this type of role.
Responsibilities
* Identifying face to face opportunities to generate leads.
* Utilise our marketing resources to manage lead information effectively and convert into appointments.
* Give basic information based on the training provided
* Collaborate with estate planning consultants to manage the appointments you book
* Provide office cover from time to time, with 'walk ins' classed as your lead
* Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to lead generation strategies.
* Communicate effectively with the other members of the team
Experience
* Proven experience in face to face marketing is essential
* Familiarity with using computers, in particular Microsoft word and excel.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
* A customer-focused approach with an ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
You will receive a basic, plus commissions and bonus. Expected OTE around £30,000- £40,000. However as commissions are uncapped, earning potential can be much higher.
