Job Overview
To provide a full, confidential secretarial service to the Clinical Director of the Care of the Elderly Service at Nevill Hall Hospital. This role supports the delivery of the Orthogeriatric service and wider Care of the Elderly services, fulfilling duties as defined by the Business Support Manager to meet service needs.
Responsibilities include managing and prioritising workload independently according to policies and procedures.
Main Duties
* Providing secretarial support to the Consultant and extended team, along with general departmental support as required.
* Supporting the Clinical Director and team in their administrative needs.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally encouraged to apply.
