Were an established, fast-paced British brasserie on the South Coast looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated chef who thrives in a busy service environment and wants to help lead a kitchen known for fresh, seasonal cooking.
What Youll Do
Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead the brigade in the Head Chefs absence
Maintain consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation
Contribute ideas for menu development and daily specials
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met
Train, motivate, and support junior chefs
What Were Looking For
Strong background in quality, high-volume kitchens (brasserie, rosette, or similar)
Passion for fresh, seasonal British food
Confident in managing service in a busy environment
A calm, organised communicator with a positive lead by example attitude
Ability to manage stock, ordering, and kitchen administration
