We are currently seeking experienced Quality Engineers to support our customer based in the West Midlands. This role plays a key part in the product creation process from concept through end-of-life, with a strong focus on identifying, analysing and resolving Squeak & Rattle and Water ingress issues across vehicles, systems, and components.

Contract Length: 12 Months
As part of the Current Car Team, you will lead issue investigations and drive robust resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, durability fleet and warranty, applying structured problem-solving methodologies to deliver effective, permanent solutions. The role also involves hands-on physical vehicle testing, both on rigs and test tracks.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead issue resolution using 8D problem-solving methodologies
* Manage work transparency using Agile tools (e.g. JIRA)
* Deliver clear, concise technical updates and reports to stakeholders
* Support continuous improvement through vehicle testing and data analysis
Required Skills & Experience
