A bit about the job:
You'll be joining the Commercial Property Transformation programme as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, working within the Claims Data Visualisation team. Your role will focus on aligning data visualisation initiatives with Aviva's wider Claims Data Strategy, supporting the development of dashboards and applications that deliver actionable insights. You'll collaborate with project leads, Claims functions, and other BI teams to ensure consistency, quality, and value across our data landscape.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams and functions, bridging communication between technical and business teams
* Experience developing self-service BI dashboards (ideally in Qlik Sense) and driving delivery of BI products efficiently
* Experience working in Agile environments; Scrum Master accreditation is a plus but not essential
* Analytical thinker who can identify gaps, solve problems, and deliver strategic insights
* Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, with a proactive approach to driving outcomes

* Starting salary circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
