Role: Weighbridge Administrator
Location: Stevenage
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
Salary: £12.85 an hour, weekly pay
Temporary position, with the opportunity to go permanent
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Weighbridge Administrator to join a fast growing client based in Stevenage
Duties of an Administrator:
1. Monitoring the weighing in of all vehicles moving in and out of the Weighbridge, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
2. Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient Weighbridge operations.
3. Updating systems with accurate information, ensuring tonnages and materials are recorded correctly.
4. Taking phone calls from customers and suppliers, answering emails, dealing with queries, etc in a professional and customer focused manner.
5. Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation accurately.
6. Answering queries from accounts

7. Proven experience within administration
8. Experience within Weighbridge or similar is preferred
9. Attention to detail
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
12. Forklift licence is desirable
