Annyalla Chicks is looking for a dedicated Learning & Development Officer to enhance employee capability across our operations in Market Weighton. This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes that align with our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will foster strong communication with stakeholders, conduct training needs assessments, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Experience in a learning role and a CIPD qualification are essential. Travel to farms and hatcheries is required.
