Control Systems Engineer

Salary: GBP 35,000 – 60,000 per annum (dependent on experience – please advise your salary expectation).

Key Attributes:
* Degree/HND/HNC/NVQ qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of industry experience in Electrical Controls (strong graduates may also be considered).
* Confident in programming control systems from scratch (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff).
* Experience configuring Variable Speed Drives (e.g., ABB, Nidec).
* Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills.
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Full Driving Licence.
Role Responsibilities:
* Program PLCs from scratch.
* Develop HMI and SCADA applications.
* Collaborate closely with Electrical Design Engineers.
* Take solutions from concept through to commissioning.
* Deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Configure Variable Speed Drivers.
* Ensure company standards are adhered to.
* Travel to customer sites for commissioning activities.
* Provide remote support for systems.
* Create required documentation.
