We are looking for a reliable, organised admin assistant to join our residential conveyancing team in Hastings. You'll keep the department running smoothly and provide day-to-day support to our solicitors and conveyancers serving clients in Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, and beyond.
You'll assist with file opening and compliance checks, prepare standard letters and documents, manage post and email inboxes, answer calls and book appointments, maintain accurate information in our case management system, follow up with third parties for updates, and support billing and archiving. Full training will be provided.
What we're looking for
* Previous admin experience, ideally in professional services or property
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Clear, confident communication and good client care
* Comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy office
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365; case management experience is a plus
* A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
