Your expertise will be crucial in collecting specimens for various tests, including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests.
Your Responsibilities
As a Phlebotomist II, you will:
* Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
* Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests.
* Handle specimen collection for GI testing.
* Accurately and timely enter patient information.
* Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
* Maintain logs for patient and specimen information.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients.
* Execute administrative and clerical duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:
Essential Skills
* 1-2 years of recent phlebotomy experience.
* Proficiency in venipuncture and blood draw techniques.
* Ability to manage stool samples.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Phlebotomy certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 2+ years of experience as a phlebotomist.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
* Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
