Who You Are As an experienced Social Worker, you are an autonomous professional with the ability to handle complex situations. You have over 3 years of post-qualification experience in a permanent setting, and you bring strong safeguarding practice and legal knowledge. You are reliable, accountable, and maintain strong emotional resilience, upholding safe professional boundaries while demonstrating a high commitment to values, diversity, and ethical practice. What the Job Involves In this role, you will manage complex caseloads and contribute high-quality assessments and reports for a range of functions. You will demonstrate expert and effective practice in managing higher levels of risk and collaborate with a wide range of professionals. As a role model for good practice, you will mentor newly qualified social workers and supervise junior staff. Additionally, you will engage in capacity-building with individuals, families, communities, and organizations while providing insights on service provision. During duty weeks (every 5 weeks), you will be required to attend the office for five days, and three days when not on duty.
