Electrical EstimatorDavid Leslie Ltd is working with a highly respected and well-established Electrical Building Services Contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality projects in the commercial and office fit-out sectors. With project values typically ranging from £100k to £4m, the company provides a full turnkey service from design through to installation and commissioning.Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their professional and dynamic estimating team.Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for electrical projects ranging from £100k to £4mAnalyse specifications, drawings, and documentation to define project scope and material requirementsIdentify potential cost-saving opportunities through value engineeringLiaise with project managers and the pre-construction team for accurate and complete cost analysisEvaluate and negotiate bids and quotations from suppliers and subcontractorsMaintain and update a comprehensive database of estimates and historical project costsAssist in the preparation and submission of tender documentation and client proposalsRequirements Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the building services or construction sectorDesign experience is highly desirableStrong communication, analytical, and negotiation skillsRelevant electrical qualifications or equivalent industry certificationProficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office applicationsSalary & Benefits Base Salary: £70,000 £85,000 (dependent on experience)Generous Bonus SchemePrivate HealthcarePension OptionsCompany EventsPhone & LaptopTraining and Development OpportunitiesYou will be joining a supportive and collaborative team, with genuine opportunities for career progression in a rewarding and professional environment.Apply Now If you are an experienced Electrical Estimator seeking a new challenge with a growing and reputable contractor, wed love to hear from you.
