Job Description
This role leads the commercial strategy for roaming, add‑ons, and out‑of‑bundle propositions. It designs tariff structures, manages base enrichment initiatives, and drives migration strategies to grow Vodafone’s base, ensuring strong alignment with trading and commercial objectives.
What youll do
* Own and oversee P&L performance for roaming, add‑on, and out‑of‑bundle propositions.
* Deliver commercial plans supporting base enrichment and voluntary customer migration initiatives.
* Track and analyse roaming P&L performance across customer groups, using insights to support continuous improvement.
* Maintain Pricing Guide content, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
* Work closely with trading teams and commercial partners to align proposition priorities and outcomes.
* Support accurate forecasting and reporting for all in‑life propositions.
* Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to support proposition development.
* Produce post‑implementation reviews (PIRs) for major in‑life initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications
* Experience in telecoms, with an understanding of tariff structures and customer‑focused migration approaches.
* Capability in commercial modelling, forecasting, and longer‑term planning.
* Ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and work constructively with stakeholders.
* Analytical capability, with experience using data to develop clear and well‑reasoned proposals.
* Clear and effective communication skills, with experience supporting positive commercial outcomes.
