Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Minibus Driver to join our team. This rewarding role involves providing essential transport services to our community members, helping them maintain independence and connectivity. The Minibus Driver will operate our vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring a friendly and supportive atmosphere for all passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a minibus along designated routes, ensuring timely and reliable service.
* Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with boarding as needed.
* Maintain a clean and safe vehicle environment.
* Communicate effectively with passengers and staff, demonstrating kindness and patience.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, always ensuring passenger safety.
Qualifications and Skills:
* A clean driving licence with a category D1 is essential.
* Excellent personal skills, with a kind and approachable nature.
* Basic knowledge and understanding of using phone apps is advantageous.
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
* Passionate about supporting and serving the community.
