Responsibilities
* Support both Sales and Finance teams with day‑to‑day administration involved in selling new and used vehicles.
* Maintain accurate vehicle stock records; organise new registrations and tax; liaise with the workshop to ensure pre‑sale work is completed on time.
* Prepare handover files, process sales invoices and ensure all documentation is completed and compliant to support a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
* Previous administration experience – ideally automotive background (not essential).
* Strong IT skills (Excel essential; Kerridge experience a bonus), excellent attention to detail, methodical and accurate working style.
* Ability to manage workload independently, communicate confidently across departments and work well within a team.
* Customer‑centric, can‑do attitude who enjoys supporting others and thrives on keeping things organised and running smoothly.
