With a 45+ person team across the UK & US, they blend strategy, UX, content, SEO/AEO, and HubSpot delivery to generate inbound leads and drive revenue.
Where you come in…
They’re hiring a Senior Website Strategist to lead end-to-end website strategy projects and support ongoing growth programmes. You’ll own discovery, shape information architecture, guide buyer journeys, and help clients improve performance month after month.
This is strategy + hands-on optimisation — perfect if you love turning insight into real commercial impact.
What you’ll do
* Run discovery and kick-offs
* Build website strategy & information architecture
* Conduct keyword/intent research for SEO/AEO
* Shape page-level strategy with UX/design
* Support retainer clients with audits, CRO experiments, SEO & optimisation roadmaps
What you’ll bring
* Strong background in B2B website strategy, UX, CRO, and/or content strategy
* Experience planning site structures & IA
* Comfortable leading workshops & presenting ideas
* Agency experience managing multiple projects
* Strong CMS/CRM understanding (HubSpot experience is a big plus)
* An interest and preferably some experience in AI tools
