Location
Nottingham office‑based for the initial 6 months training. After completion, based anywhere in the UK.
Salary
c£29,000 base salary with benefits, rising to c£60,000 after 4 years dependent on performance.
Start Date
September 2026 – actual date to be confirmed.

Responsibilities
* Provide consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of an ERP implementation.
* Develop an in‑depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
* Build relationships and provide advice, support, and guidance to clients.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, both locally and globally.
* Grow into the role of Microsoft Dynamics Business Consultant.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering or Manufacturing.
* Soon to be a graduate, recent graduate or early career consultant seeking a career change.
* Positive self‑starter, proactive and confident.
* Strong relationship‑building, organisational and communication skills.
* Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for 6 months and travel within the UK and abroad.
* Ability to drive with access to a vehicle.
