Originally rooted in the telecoms space, they've spent the last 7-8 years building cutting-edge, API-first products that now protect tens of thousands of users, including the UK's top 10 retail banks. Their fraud detection platform is scaling rapidly, and they're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive its next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the roadmap, explore new verticals (like insurance and airlines), and work closely with a talented technical team to deliver secure, scalable solutions. What You'll Be Doing Lead the product strategy and roadmap for a high-performing fraud detection platform Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to build and evolve the product Drive customer-facing discovery to understand real-world problems and translate them into product features Build structure in ambiguous environments and bring clarity to complex challenges Use basic SQL and data tools to self-serve insights and inform decisions Influence commercial outcomes - think pricing, margins, and revenue growth Champion customer-centricity across the product lifecycle Mentor team members and contribute to product best practicesWhat You'll Bring We're looking for someone who's both technically fluent and commercially sharp, with a strong understanding of fraud and risk in contact centre environments.
