Part-Time Site Labourer NMB Minebea We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Site Labourer to join the maintenance team within a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the shop floor and site facilities. About the Role Working as part of the maintenance team, you will play a key role in ensuring machinery, equipment, and the wider site are kept in safe, clean, and fully operational condition. You will be responsible for supporting essential maintenance tasks, managing waste and materials, and helping to maintain a high standard of housekeeping across the site. Key Responsibilities Maintain machine oil and coolant levels across site on a daily basis Empty swarf bins and general waste bins (internal and external) Carry out general labouring and site maintenance duties Support cleaning and upkeep of machinery and equipment Assist with grounds and building maintenance Maintain stock levels of oils and consumables Record and update daily maintenance and operational data Ensure all tasks are completed in line with site procedures and safety standards Support the smooth running of shop floor operations Essentials Full UK driving licence Forklift licence (or willingness to be trained) Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Good team player with strong interpersonal skills Willingness to follow processes and procedures Diligent with strong attention to detail Desirable: Ability to work on own initiative Working Hours Minimum 18 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with flexible shift patterns: A Shift: MondayThursday 06:00 13:35, Friday 06:00 12:45 B Shift: MondayThursday 13:25 21:05, Friday 12:35 19:00 (20% shift premium applies) Day Shift: MondayThursday 07:30 16:00, Friday 07:30 12:30 Overtime available where required.
