Tele Sales - Account Manager
We're growing our sales team and looking for motivated, positive-minded, and dynamic individuals to join our IT disposal team as a Telesales Account Manager.
The role
Based in our Burton the role is office-based. You will receive ongoing structured training. You will work in an IT disposal Sales Team with a wide variety of new and existing B2B clients from industries such as health care, education, corporates, and public services.
You'll spend time talking to clients, and outside of peak call times you'll issue emails and information to customers, keep the customer database fully up to date and work with internal teams to handover customer details to ensure efficient after-sales care and processing.
You will need to have good communication and written skills along with the ability to work as part of a team. An interest in the technology or sustainability sector would be useful as well as confidence when interacting with clients on the telephone.
Salary: Competitive
Attractive package £27,500 pa + uncapped commission OTE £35-40K
Day-to-day tasks will include:
* Speaking to new and existing clients by phone.
* Providing information and support to clients.
* Providing follow up reports and compliance documents.
* Develop new accounts by phone, email, and LinkedIn etc
* Work independently and as a member of a team.
This is a flexible role where both part-time and full-time hours are available.
Qualifications.
* Sales or outbound call experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Min GCSE English.
