Description
1. Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
2. Experience Desired: Possess a vast product knowledge of hardware related products along with a willingness to learn; Sales and marketing experience with retail programs, establishing relationships and working with customers; A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction; Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills; Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
3. Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
4. Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
5. Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
Job Responsibilities
6. Maintain safety as the top priority for our Team Members, guests and products.
7. Properly handle products and equipment in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines.
8. Provide unparalleled guest service, constantly striving to delight and surprise our guests, vendors and stakeholders.
9. Become familiar with the products in the ACE Hardware department in order to answer questions and make suggestions to guests.
10. Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
11. Replenish products on the shelves.
12. Participate in the processing of new shipments.
13. Maintain cleanliness of department and work area, including the back room.
14. Actively participate in, and promote, an environment which embraces diversity, inclusion and respect for Team Members, customers, vendors and the community.
