We’re now recruiting a Recruitment Administrator to support our marine recruitment team on-site at Devonport Docks in Plymouth (there will be an opportunity to work from home on average 1 day a week). This is a dynamic, people-facing role ideal for someone with strong communication skills in both English and Romanian, and a proactive, hands-on attitude. Key Responsibilities include; Process BPSS security clearance applications Obtain employment references via phone and email Clearly communicate onboarding processes to new workers Support pre-onboarding activities and documentation Book cost-effective travel via Aero Travel Act as onsite point of contact for contract workers Liaise face-to-face with workers across a large industrial site Escort candidates on-site when required Translate and deliver Health & Safety training to new starters (as needed) Organise your workload effectively and meet deadlines What we're looking for: Fluent in Romanian with a good standard of English (spoken and written) Experience working in a compliance-driven or administrative environment Previous experience in recruitment is desirable but not essential Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced setting Why Morson?
