We are now recruiting for a Timber Frame Panel Maker to craft and assemble softwood timber panels to exacting standards.
You will work hands-on with quality materials, interpreting technical drawings and contributing to the production of bespoke structures built to last.
As our Timber Frame Panel Maker you will be responsible for:
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Selecting, preparing, cutting, shaping and assembling softwood components
* Using hand and power tools with accuracy and care
* Working collaboratively with other team members
* Maintaining a tidy, safe working environment and follow all safety procedures
* Remaining flexible within a fast-paced production setting
In order to be successful in this role you should have:
* Experience as a Timber Framer or similar role (preferred)
* Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and materials
* Confident using hand and power tools
* Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Physically fit with good manual handling ability
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Self-motivated and committed to producing high-quality work
