About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Advisor to join our People team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth execution of HR operations, employee onboarding, and recruitment support across Europe. This role can be located in any of our European Offices (Brussels, Madrid, London or Paris).
The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, coordinate recruitment activities, and help us deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities will include:
HR Operations
• Manage employee data and maintain HR records accurately within HRIS and other systems.
• Process employment changes (new hires, promotions, terminations etc) and ensure alignment with payroll.
• Support compliance by maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, escalating matters as needed
Onboarding & Employee Experience
• Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities, including employment contracts, background checks, IT access, and induction schedules.
• Facilitate new hire orientations to ensure a smooth and positive first-day experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
Recruitment Support
• Post job openings on job boards, company career page, and social media channels.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Assist with candidate communications, including acknowledgements, updates, and interview confirmations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate candidate data across systems.
• Support the coordination of recruitment events or employer branding initiatives as required.
This role will support other people related projects and activities such as training/learning and development, reward etc on an ad-hoc basis.
About You
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or recruitment coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Professional services experience is desirable.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is essential. Workday is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of HR administration and recruitment coordination processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
