Salary: £48,000 - £55,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Enhance manufacturing efficiency by implementing lean principles
* Develop and maintain SOPs, routings, and visual factory displays
* Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline production
* Support new product introductions and process optimisations
* Work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering
Strong background in Lean, NPI, and process improvements
Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on approach
Experience working with complex electro-mechanical products.
ERP/MRP system knowledge
