Health, Safety & Environment Advisor: Purpose of the Role: - Working with all Departments and projects to ensure the highest standards of health, safety & Environment are met at Head office and project locations. Provide appropriate information, support, assurance and challenge to Project teams to help achieve HOCHTIEF requirements and drive continual improvement. Role Accountabilities: - To assist in the development, management, implementation and monitoring of the Safety, Health and Environmental Management system by updating systems in line with changes in legislation or best practice - 3Assist with development of content for HSE Training and awareness programmes. - Assist with the implementation of the (UK) Construction behavioural based safety programme 'BRAVE' - Carry out inspections and audits in conjunction with appropriate management to ensure Company, Client and legislative requirements are being met and make recommendations for improvement - Assist and / or manage with investigating and recording of close call, near miss and other incidents reported within the business. - 3.6.
