About Us
Wymarsh Commercials Ltd is a specialist in commercial vehicle repairs and maintenance. We are a fast-growing company, and due to our continued success and an increasing admin workload, we are looking for a motivated Office Assistant to join our team at our Sundon Park workshop base.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a supportive business environment. You will provide vital administrative support to ensure our office runs efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing general office administration (filing, scanning, and data entry).
* Handling incoming phone calls and directing enquiries.
* Assisting with the preparation of documents and maintenance records.
* Supporting the team with various tasks as the business continues to expand.
* Liaising with parts suppliers and mobile technicians
