Location & Work Model: Northamptonshire area (Excellent transport links and commutable from surrounding regions). This is an office-based role requiring 4 days per week collaboration at the client's central office.

What You’ll Bring:
* 8+ years’ agency experience in a senior account management capacity.
* Proven strength in Public Relations strategies and protocols alongside comprehensive event service knowledge (logistics, production, AV).
* Exceptional commercial acumen and a strong track record of developing and winning new business (including persuasive pitching to senior stakeholders).
* High creative flair, an eye for detail, and the resilience to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Serve as the senior liaison, owning and nurturing key client relationships and providing strategic oversight and counsel.
* Translate complex client objectives into measurable event and communications strategies that support wider marketing goals.
* Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring flawless, profitable delivery (on time, on budget, to exceptional standards).
* Proactively identify organic growth opportunities within the account and contribute fresh ideas to new business development.
* Lead project performance evaluation, turning data and insights into compelling narratives and future recommendations.
