About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for aSeniorCampaigns Manager to work on innovative new products and campaigns within the Environmental Care (EC) Business Unit.Reporting to theECBUdirector, this roleis responsible forall productcommunicationacross EC– external campaigns and internal communication.

You will have ownershipacrossallECsubcategories (Thermal,purificationandexpansion)leadingglobalcampaignsandmarketing lead for this subcategory, supported by a Campaign Managerand a Campaignmanager/Copywriter.

Thisinvolves holistic ownershipof all product launches and campaign performance; fromstrategytodeliverytoexecution. You will be influencing andcollaborating with a wide range of stakeholders for full-funnel delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, Claims, Legal, Competitor, Communications, Insights, Digital, Retail, Social, Creative, Owner experience, RDD, Quality, Markets, Revenue, Media.

Leadership: You are theglobalmarketing lead forEC.

1. Set the go-to-marketstrategy forEC and ensure all individual campaigns/ creatives/ channels/ market executions ladder up to this.

2. Own theyearlyEC budget for campaigncreation,ensuring proper allocationbased onbusiness priorities.

3. Be the key Commercialvoicefor cross-functional teams around the business – with product, market, owner, and competitor knowledge for yoursubcategory, to make decisions with confidence

4. Identifyopportunitiesacrossour consumertouchpointslikeretail demo,retail fixtures,digitalandbuild astrategy to continuously improve.

5. Review market launch plans and partner with market Heads to ensure a consistent andhigh levelof global execution,facilitatingglobal sharing where value-adding

6. Build strong relationships across a vast range of stakeholders – becoming thego-to-personforEC.

7. Rapidly digest and respond to senior stakeholder requests and, whererequired, problem solve to improve business performance

Campaignstrategy,delivery, execution

8. Create effective campaign briefs for creative and channel teams, taking information from the product, local markets, andpreviouslaunch learnings

9. Full 360 campaignownership, reviews,approvalsand delivery –e.g.digital, social, retail, demonstrations, TV, OOH, post-purchase, CRM, Comms. Delivery of strong campaign and operational kits to markets so they execute successfully and to a high standard

10. Lead the cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns to markets on time, to brief, and to cost – in partnership with Programme Management–finding solutions to meet market requirements

11. Understand the product and technology, and gather consumer, market, and competitor data tomake campaigns as strong as possible

12. Identifystrong claims and partner with claims and legal to substantiate and rollout globally

13. Push channels and creative teams to achieve briefobjectivesand best in class execution

14. Monitor and report on market implementation of campaigns and marketing performance

15. Oversee product copywriting

About you

19. Extensive experience in product marketing – including marketing strategy and campaign delivery

20. Strong leadership and cross-functional relationship skills

21. Strong influencing, communication and strong story-telling

22. Strong change management skills

23. Autonomous and confident decision-making and senior stakeholder communication

24. Proactive and problem-solving approach, positive energy

25. Commercial acumen with the ability to prioritise based on business impact

26. Team player with an interest in contributing to and improving the team and our processes

27. Passion for marketing and campaigns, as well as interest in product and technology

28. Strategic communication: Able to synthesise complex information into compelling, actionable stories.

29. Stakeholder alignment: Proven ability to build consensus across diverse interests and influence senior leaders.

30. Collaboration: Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills, creating strong networks across Dyson.

31. Adaptability: Open to change and able to flex plans based on business needs and market conditions.

This role will be based in our London office in Farringdon but frequent travel to our Malmesbury office will be expected to collaborate with the team based at our UK Campus.
