1. are a General Practitioner registered with the GMC, on the GP Specialty Register and on the NHS Performers List with post CCT experience in Primary or Urgent Care

3. are organised and have a proactive approach to clinical and operational responsibilities

What you’ll work on
11. A mix of telephone, face to face and home visit appointments
12. Understand the patient population to be able to provide high quality care to patients
13. Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required
14. Provide patient focussed, evidence-based practice to a high standard
15. Supporting the wider MDT to ensure patients with long term and/or complex health conditions are cared for at the right time, by the right clinician

About Rosedean House Surgery
Rosedean House Surgery is a well-established GP practice in the heart of Liskeard, a historic market town in Cornwall; a gateway to Bodmin Moor and the coast, close to Looe and Plymouth. The surgery has served the local community since 1874 and is now home to a dedicated team, providing care to approximately 10,000 registered patients.
We are proud to have recently been rated ‘Good’ by the CQC and remain committed to continuous improvement as we further develop and enhance our services. We also have exciting plans to deliver a state-of-the-art redevelopment of the surgery in the very near future.
