A Transformation Manager is required by a leading, global, Technology business to help them role out their existing ERP further across the business as well as a new CRM.
Working with a Programme Manager, they are looking for the Transformation Manager to devise the required strategy, lead senior stakeholder engagement, represent technology in CAB meetings and take ownership of all change‑related communications, change impact assessments, training strategies, and adoption measures.
To be considered, applicants will need to have solid experience working on Change / Transformation programs of work, with at least some exposure in IT Change.
