We are looking for an experienced Gardener/Park Warden to join our team at our 2 holiday parks situated in Abergele and Llanddulas.
Hours: hours over 4 days.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants with a knowledge of planting and outdoor work, as well as a strong understanding of horticulture and landscaping. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our property, including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering. He or she will also be expected to identify any issues with the grounds and make recommendations for improvements.
A full licence is required to be able to travel to both holiday parks.
Responsibilities:
* Knowledge of planting and understanding of horticulture and landscaping.
* Plant, cultivate, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns.
* Water plants and lawns as needed.
* Prune trees and shrubs as needed.
* Apply fertilizers and other treatments to plants and lawns.
* Remove weeds from gardens and lawns.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
* Monitor for pests or diseases in plants.
* Involves responding to call outs after hours from our holiday makers if there is an issue on park.
