The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing home management, hold an active NMC PIN, and possess a deep understanding of elderly care and physical disabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. - Lead and support a team of nursing and care staff. - Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain excellent CQC ratings. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care. - Manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency. - Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
